Based in Switzerland and originally from Sweden, he has a proven track record driving high-impact talent strategies for PE and VC portfolio companies.

As former HR Vice President at Johnson Controls, Christer led the design and implementation of global talent programs that boosted employee engagement, retention, and leadership pipeline development—delivering measurable improvements in organizational performance and culture while based in US and Europe.

Since 2015, Christer has been Managing Partner at Capital Rewards Partners, a Swiss-based private equity firm he co-founded, focusing on lean startups across Europe. His investments span ICT, Bio & MedTech, Sustainability, and Consumer Products.

Christer has lived in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Switzerland, Germany and USA. He serves as a Jury Member for the Swiss Venture Kick accelerator in Zurich and has held board positions with multiple startups in Sweden and Switzerland.
