With over 30 years at the intersection of capital markets and business development, Sean brings deep expertise in corporate finance, M&A advisory, and alternative investments. His track record spans key European markets—Germany, the UK, Italy, Austria, and Switzerland—as well as high-growth markets including Mainland China, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Thailand. He has executed complex equity and debt transactions across sectors and has been a strategic partner to Chinese enterprises and global PE/VC portfolio companies expanding into Europe.

Sean has led major deals for global corporations such as Continental AG, Volkswagen AG, Sinopec, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, Commerzbank, Allianz Group, adidas-Salomon, and Deutsche Telekom.

Sean founded CKII Ltd, a Hong Kong-based advisory firm focused on helping clients grow via digital and dedicated distribution channels in Greater China. He has served as Senior Advisor for LIASE Group’s Private Capital practice, aligning executive search strategies with investor and portfolio company growth objectives.

Sean brings a truly global perspective. He holds an M.A. in Economics from UC Santa Barbara and a Diploma in Volkswirtschaftslehre from the University of Hamburg.
