With a deep understanding of cross-cultural talent requirements, Rachel specializes in managing strategic executive search projects for Chinese private capital–backed electromobility portfolio companies entering overseas markets.

She has played a pivotal role in the firm’s global expansion and in building its reputation as a trusted advisor to Chinese electromobility businesses backed by private equity and venture capital. Rachel has successfully delivered mandates for OEMs, suppliers, and PE/VC-backed startups worldwide—helping them scale top-tier executive leadership teams, close talent gaps, and build future-ready organizations.

Known for her market insight, global network, and decisive execution, Rachel is a go-to partner for Chinese players aiming to compete and lead on the world stage.

Prior to co-founding LIASE Group, she began her career in automotive journalism after earning her B.A. in International Journalism from SISU.
