Vanessa Moriel, founder of LIASE, brings 25 years of executive search experience across the automotive, technology, industrial, and energy sectors. She partners closely with C-level executives, boards, and private capital investors—particularly during phases of hyper-growth and transformation—where top leadership is critical to enterprise value creation.

She has lived and worked in Germany, China, Mexico, South America, and, over the past decade, the United States—giving her a truly global perspective and deep cross-cultural fluency.

Before founding LIASE Group in 2013, Vanessa established Human Capital Partners in 2004—an executive search firm focused on the automotive and industrial sectors, with offices in Beijing, Shanghai, and Hong Kong.

Earlier in her career, she worked with London Consulting Group, advising manufacturing companies across Central and South America on restructuring and re-engineering initiatives. She held a field engineering role with Schlumberger Oil Field Services in Germany and previously worked with Frito-Lay in Mexico.

Vanessa holds a degree in Biochemical Engineering from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education. She speaks English, Spanish, German, and Mandarin.
